Construction Inspector

A construction inspector visits the project site on different days to ensure that proper and adequate work is ongoing. They ensure that the projects comply with the applicable codes, regulations, and standards. The inspection is done at different stages of the project to assess the quality of work and verify that safety precautions are taken and workers are prevented from hazards. 

Salary: NGN 100,000 - NGN 250,000/month

Land Surveyor

Before any work is done on the site, land surveyors use specialized equipment to measure and record the data of the land or site. The importance of doing all of these is to create documents that can be used for legal purposes, including property transfers, land registration, and resolving boundary disputes.

Plumber

A plumber is a professional in charge of installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. They make sure that the water supply, drainage, and sewage systems in the buildings function properly. Mason

 A Mason is an individual with expertise in deciding the type of brick, stones, concrete blocks and tiles to be used for a building and also fixing them. They construct walls, foundations, chimneys, and other relevant structures. Their responsibilities also include mixing mortar and other adhesives according to specific proportions to ensure proper bonding of masonry units.

Electrician

Electricians fix electrical connections in a new building. They are responsible for reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and following wiring diagrams to determine the layout and placement of different electrical components.
