Kaduna State Scholarship

The Scholarship is provided to Kaduna natives to help them with their educational expenses. Continue reading as we furnish you with the prerequisites and credentials you need to meet to benefit from this scholarship program.

• Giwa
• Igabi
• Ikara
• Jaba, Nigeria
• Jema’a
• Kabala West
• Kachia
• Kaduna North
• Kaduna South
• Kaduna State
• Kagarko
• Kajuru
• Kaura, Nigeria
• Kauru
• Kubau
• Kudan, Nigeria
• Lere, Kaduna State
• Makarfi
• Sabon Gari, Kaduna
• Sanga, Nigeria
• Soba, Nigeria
• Zangon Kataf
• Zaria

For all applicants, the scholarship application is completely free. Please discard any publication that demands payment to obtain the scholarship program form. Never will the Kaduna State Government demand payment in exchange for the form.

Kaduna State Scholarship Requirement

• A minimum CGPA of 4.0 of 5.0 or 3.5 of 4.0
• Must be a student who has at least one more semester at the time of disbursement
•  Must not be a spillover student.
• Fresh students must provide evidence of Grade B in at least five subjects including Mathematics and English and Grade C for the other subjects taken in WASSCE or NECO in one seating and not later than 2017

Criteria For Qualification

• The first criterion to qualify for the scholarship award is that you must be an indigene of Kaduna State.
• You must be a student of an approved institution.
• You must have good grades.
• Students in Higher Institutions like the university, Polytechnics, College of Education, etc are all expected to have a minimum CGPA of 3.0
• Eligible candidates will have to go through screening where credentials will be verified.
• First School Living Certificate (FSLC).
• Certificate of Origin.
• Statement of Result containing your CGPA (That is for University/Polytechnic/ College/ School of Nursing Students etc).
