He has a large following which he refers to as a Community and it is with these people he shares his opinions and takes about living a purposeful life as an adult. Salem has about 120,000 followers on Instagram, 15,200 followers on Twitter, 2500 subscribers on YouTube, and has written an e-book titled "CommYOUnity". Currently, he has more than a thousand posts on Instagram which center around growth, failure, communication, self-development, and a lot more. Furthermore, different brands leverage Salem's large following to get their products in the face of the people and of course, he gets paid for this. While we cannot be sure of the exact amount he earns per month, research says that Salem earns well over N300,000 per month depending on the number of brands he works with and earnings from social media monetization.

Isaac Ayomide Olayiwola is a 22-year-old content creator popularly known as LayiWasabi. Recently, he was recognized by trendsup awards as an emerging force in the digital space. With about 889,000 followers on Instagram and 201,000 on Twitter, Layi continues to have a considerable impact, captivating audiences with engaging skit content focused on law and legal practices. Also, he uses his skills to assist brands with advertising, effectively engaging viewers and seamlessly allowing them to notice the products he is promoting with his content. Apart from creating relatable video content, people also convert some of the funny conversations in his videos into memes—Layi partners with several agencies which earns him a substantial amount of money monthly yet to be disclosed.

Muhammed Gilmore is a recent graduate of the University of Lagos and is popularly known by his fans and social media audience as Gilmooree. Currently, Gilmore has more than 200 posts on Instagram and he is still set to put out his content. Although Gilmore is a fresh graduate of a Nigerian University, he has worked his way into content creation earlier and now enjoys every penny that comes from it which according to research is very well over N350,000 monthly. 

Hauwa

Nigerians like to think of Hauwa as the "Queen of Trouble". Lawal Hauwa is a Nigerian female content creator with over 150,000 followers on Instagram and more than 160,000 on Twitter. Earlier this year, she launched an e-book titled " Hauwa's Mad House" which revolves around an imaginary Nigerian household thrown into chaos by the interactions of its different family members. This book also reflects the type of content she produces on social media and humorous situations that happen within a household. Every of Hauwa's content leaves the audience eager for subsequent parts of the story. While Hauwa has made hundreds of thousands from her e-book, she also partners with some Nigerian brands to bring their products to the open, earning her some six-figure amount monthly. 

Aproko Doctor

Egemba Chinonso a.k.a Aproko Doctor is known for the famous "If you are seeing this, drink some water" line used on social media. Aproko Doctor's content on social media centers around health, fitness, and wellness. With over 2million followers on Twitter and 1million on Instagram, Aproko Doctor continues to spread the gospel of maintaining a healthier life. He employs different funny tactics to convey his message to his audience. Also, Aproko Doctor is the founder of a non-profit organization, the 100k Club centered on eliminating health poverty in Africa and Nigeria. The content creator did not reveal what his monthly pay is but he once stated that he manages to earn something closer to N400,000 monthly.

Taooma- Maryam Akpaokagi is an incredible content creator who has explored several roles and ideas to entertain her over 4million followers on Instagram and  920,000 subscribers on YouTube. Taooma, as a content creator, has performed as an African mother (Iya Tao), father (Kunle), uncle (Laolu), and child(Teni). Presently, she is exploring the role of a fictional rich Igbo man - Mazi.

With money coming from all of these units, it will be difficult to say how much Taaooma earns monthly but, according to research, she is worth millions of naira.

Kie-Kie, whose real name is Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori is an award-winning content creator and mother of one who knows her onions in the content creation industry. 

Kie-kie also doubles as a Brand influencer but her job as a content creator is remarkable as she produces videos that are relatable to several Nigerians. As someone with an abundance of talent and the mastery to spark up the audience, KieKie also hosts events and TV shows. This clearly explains that she earns a fortune even as a content creator. While it may be up to millions of naira, no source has been able to confirm the exact amount.

Folagbade Banks

Folagbade Banks' bio says "Let's stay happy together" which explains the reason behind the very funny content he publishes on his social media page. Abiri-Roland Tobi Folagbade exudes his content creation skills to his 236,000 followers on Instagram acting as "Mama Deola", a 50-plus African woman who is also a civil servant. Folagbade portrays the role of the imaginary African woman, uncovering her personality and interactions with neighbors, colleagues, families, and kids. According to research, Folagbade earns about 700,000 naira or even more per month. 

Jay-on air

Joseph Onalapo, popularly known as Jay-on Air is a Nigerian content creator who realized his talent earlier and turned it into a source of income. He once shared that he joined the content creation crew when he became depressed several years ago. He had joined TikTok to make himself happy but ended up getting inspiration and fast-forward to 2020, he started to make some cash from creating content.

Since then, Joseph has worked with several brands and has made it huge by making videos that people will love. Although Joseph did not disclose his monthly income, he declared during an interview with Piggvest that he spends money knowing that he will still have enough money in his account to sort out other bills.
