Dozy Mmobuosi finally responds to the US allegations

Following the series of events at Tingo Inc., the former CEO (because he was recently asked to step down), Dozy Mmobuosi finally has something to say about the negative reports brought up against him by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.  

The former CEO of the Agritech company has written a statement to defend himself, saying that the allegations are false and every charge levied against him is not true. 

Abstaining from public remarks regarding the ongoing matters now subjected to legal proceedings, Dozy pinpointed that the accusations and alleged misconduct outlined in the civil complaint filed by the SEC on December 18 are baseless and without merit. 

Bringing the supposed charges into the picture again, the SEC filed fraud charges against Mmobuosi and his three associated U.S.-based companies, namely Tingo Group Inc., Agri-Fintech Holdings Inc., and Tingo International Holdings Inc. The SEC said the charge was related to a purported long-term plan to artificially boost the financial performance indicators of these companies and critical operational branches, aiming to deceive global investors. 

However, in defense, the founder of Tingo, who is also the accused, has made it clear that  these allegations are baseless and he will contest them with unwavering resolve." He has also been advised to follow the proper legal structure to address things to ensure that all parties get free and fair judgment.

While Dozy has spoken for himself concerning this matter, the court has the final say and will roll out the verdict as soon as all subjects have been properly investigated.
