KPMG Graduate Trainee Program 

The KPMG graduate trainee program is open to fresh graduates with little or no experience who are looking for an opportunity to grow professionally. The company offers services revolving around tax services and individuals looking to be part of the organization must be thrilled about the idea and the services they render. However, there are still other requirements that allow candidates to check if they are really eligible to apply and they include: 

• Candidates must have at least 5 credits inclusive of Mathematics and English in their O'level results. 

• Candidates must not be more than 26 years of age. 

• Candidates must currently be undergoing Nysc or have finished and have a certificate to show for it. 

• Law graduates must have a minimum of a second-class upper from the Nigerian Law school. 

Is KPMG's Graduate trainee currently ongoing? 

Graduate trainees are recruited into the firm every year, usually in August. Sometimes, the company may go outside these time frames to recruit for other programs. Graduate Test

 Candidates are expected to write the GMAT aptitude-based test. After the aptitude test, a link will be sent to take another test that assesses your critical thinking skills. 

Assessment Centers 

Candidates are invited to the work centers where their ability to work with others as a team is tested. This reveals how each candidate responds to each other during work. 

Interview 

This is the 3rd and final step where candidates get to meet with partners one-on-one for a talk. 

Offer

Candidates who get to this stage are the ones who come out successful after going through all stages and have been considered for employment.
