Premier Lotto specializes in Lotto, a game of fixed odds where players compete with the operator rather than each other. The winnings are not affected by the other players; however, the operator bears the entire risk, potentially experiencing both wins and losses. There are five different methods of playing the game, ranging from betting on a single number to selecting five numbers.

The game does not have separate prize categories. When playing, a player either wins the entire amount or loses the whole bet.
