Recently, in Nigeria, several banks, including FirstBank of Nigeria which was established in 1894 have been putting up opportunities for fresh graduates who would love to work within the different arms of the financial organization. The First Bank Graduate Trainee Program 

Graduate Trainee Programs were not really a thing for banks as far back as the tenure of the first governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria - Roy Pentelow Fenton. But now, the development and expansion of Graduate Trainees have become so necessary and common that the First Bank of Nigeria, like other banks, looks out for young people who can do the job and bring a change to the banking sector.

• Must have graduated from the University with at least 2:1 grade. 

• Must not be more than 26 years old.

• Must have completed Nysc and have a certificate to show for it.
