Honeywell Flour Mills is a Nigerian food processing company founded in 1995 to market wheat-based products such as semolina, wheat meal, white flour, brown flour, and more. The company was initially registered in 1985 as Gateway Honeywell flour mills before the change of ownership happened which led to the new name - Honeywell Flour Mills. In 2009, the company became listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange after it was tagged a public liability company (Plc) in 2008.

News on HFM

Last year, news disclosed that Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN)  acquired a 71.69% stake in Honeywell Flour Mills (HFM). HFM says it believes that the transaction is a good one that happened at the right time. Furthermore, HFM expects the acquisition to merge the two businesses with common objectives to become one and serve the entire Nigerian populace even better.
