Google has seen how a lot of professionals leaned towards the AI (Artificial Intelligence) tool and have worked towards providing something better and more accurate and have come up with "Gemini Advanced", a name change for the Bard Chatbot that became Bard Advanced last year. According to Google, Gemini Advanced will most likely be launched this week. 

What should you expect of Gemini Advanced? 

The Gemini Advanced chatbot in the Ultra 1.0 release will be driven by the eponymous Gemini model, as indicated by code snippets shared on Reddit. Google claims that the upgraded chatbot excels in tasks such as coding, logical reasoning, nuanced instruction-following, and creative collaboration. 

Google has mentioned that with this new tool, there will be regular updates such as enhancements to multimodal capabilities, coding functionalities, and in-depth data analysis. The company also stated, "We're at the beginning stages, and Gemini Advanced will undergo further improvements." They mentioned that the model is primarily designed for English but can respond in other languages.

How is Google trying to catch up with Chatgpt? 

Many have said that Google Bard is a high upgrade to Chatgpt and the former is 10× powerful than the latter. At the same time, some people have attested to using both to solve problems. 

"Switching between ChatGPT and Bard daily as if it's a routine. I've gotten to a point where I know what to search on OpenAI or its Google Counterpart. If I want theory or facts that don't change over time, I go for GPT. If I want something that needs the most recent data, I go to Bard," a Twitter user shared. 

This explains that Bard is quite updated to give every information that you will only find in the chatGPT-4 which is not available to everyone unless to access the features. 

Recently, considering that users can cut costs using Bard and also get the information they need, it has been recommended over and over again, to researchers, online business owners, and many other professionals. 

Gemini Advanced, unlike Bard is expected to be a paid service, resembling the model of ChatGPT Plus. Recently, Google integrated an image generator into Bard, resembling the functionality of DALL-E 3 in ChatGPT. Also, Bard achieved performance levels comparable to GPT-4 in its free version, featuring a new Gemini Pro "scale" model.

Other activities of Google Bard (Which will now be Gemini Advanced)

Google Bard operates as a conversational chatbot with a distinctive capability to seamlessly integrate with various Google services. This integration allows Bard to execute tasks such as: 

• Retrieving appointments from Gmail

• Providing real-time flight and hotel details

•  Offering directions through Google Maps.

Also, Bard can access the internet to fetch current information for responses, comprehend images, and fact-check statements through online searches during a conversation. This should be a big deal for researchers and every other person who does research for the sake of their business.
