The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) is a Nigerian government agency that was created in 1989 to curb the habit, production, trafficking, and distribution of illegal drugs. The mission of the organization is to completely erase drug addiction, sensitize people about the dangers of drug abuse and bring offenders to book. The NDLEA team is made up of several people that work jointly to achieve a common goal -"No to Drugs." Year in, and year out, new talents join the organization during the recruitment process and this is another time.
What is New?
Application for the 2023 NDLEA recruitment has been ongoing and was scheduled to close Saturday, 8th April 2023. However, a one-week extension has been approved by the chairman of the organization, Brig. Gen. Mohammed Buba Marwa. This is to enable individuals who experienced challenges submitting their application to re-apply in the extra time. Also, Individuals who have been unsure about sending in their applications can now decide before Monday, 17th April 2023 which is the new deadline.

Requirements
Applicants must be Nigerian and have evidence to show for it (NIN).
Applicant must be computer literate
Applicants must submit their personal email and phone number during the application.
Applicants must be medically fit and be able to provide a certificate of medical fitness.
Applicants must not be less than 20 years of age or more than 35 years for the first category.
For the 2nd and 3rd categories, applicants must not be less than 18 years and more than 30 years.
Male applicants must be at least 1.65m tall, and female applicants 1.60m tall.
Applicants must be completely free of drugs and be of good reputation.

Click on the 3-line bar on the top right corner of the page.
Click on Apply Now.
The application page opens but if you are yet to log in, you may not be able to proceed with filling out the forms.
To log in, click on "log in" if you have created an account, if you have not, sign up.
Once you have signed up and logged in, proceed to pick a category from the list of categories.
Fill out the form.
Submit
NB: Applicants must print out their online generated slip after their application is successful. Also, they must download their referee forms to be completed by two respectable individuals. It is important to note that successful candidates will have to sign other forms that allow them to be subjected to a random illegal drug test throughout their years of service. After all applications have been received, shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the agency.
