Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for sensitive products.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Compliance:
- Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for product traceability.
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide training on safety protocols and handling procedures.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Implement measures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and distribution regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and team management
