We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Waiter / Waitress
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Set tables for breakfast and attend to guest that are ready for breakfast.
- Take orders and serve food, beverages and drinks to guests in the hotel's restaurant/bar, or rooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions politely and addressing concerns as occasion demands.
- Manage tables, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and smart manner.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, processing payments and making change and providing top notch banquet services.
- Check to confirm and be sure that the prices of items at F&B, in Tab and in System always corresponds on a daily basis.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the restaurant or bar.
- Always empty your bins whenever it’s full and that promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service in all endeavors.
- Attend to any other responsibility as may be apportioned by the duty Manager.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an NCE / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 10 years work experience.
