  • A proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong aptitude for multitasking in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling (appointments, reminders and events).
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts or other professional platforms.
  • Handle data entry and maintain databases.
  • Perform research on assigned tasks and summarize findings.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support client onboarding or customer success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc Degrees in Business Administration or related fields
  • 3 - 5 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new tools and systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
