We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Utility Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Are you skilled in utility operations and equipment maintenance? We are looking for a Utility Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of compressors, chillers, boilers, water treatment plants, CO₂ plants, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain 95% availability of utility and ancillary equipment
- Overhaul and troubleshoot utility machines (AF Compressors, Atlas Copco, Hansa Chiller, Bosch Boiler, etc.)
- Monitor and manage utility costs and environmental KPIs within budget
- Ensure plant safety with zero accidents and adherence to HSE protocols
- Lead and develop a high-performing utilities team
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience, with at least 6 years in utility operations
- Strong expertise in compressors, power generators, chillers, and water systems
- Knowledge of safety procedures, problem-solving, and people management skills
