- The Treasury Officer is responsible for assisting the Treasurer in the management of Renmoney’s liquidity position, to achieve optimal profitability while minimizing risk exposure.
- You will provide timely and relevant Balance Sheet information to facilitate strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily liquidity and repayment reports
- Initiate funds transfer and Bank placements
- Daily review of all bank statements
- Periodic Bank reconciliation of all relevant LCY accounts and registers
- Ensure adequate funding of disbursement and other operational accounts.
- Ensure regular updates of Bank mandates and other correspondence
- Advise/post entries for interbank transfers and other treasury transactions
- Maintain an organized filing system for Treasury related banking instructions and requests
- Deposit ticket and expense review for disbursement
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a University Degree or equivalent in any field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Treasury or Finance role
- ACA (ICAN), CIMA or ACCA qualification / Student membership
- Possess strong data analysis, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Sound knowledge & understanding of the Nigerian economy and financial markets
- Strong analytical skills and interpretation capabilities
- Demonstrate solid ability to mine data to produce actionable insights
