Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager at Quality Foods Africa Group in Lagos.
- The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for staff, assessing training needs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Additionally, the Training Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Training and Development, Training Needs Assessment, and Training Program Development skills
- Experience in conducting training sessions and evaluating training effectiveness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
