About the job

  • The Training Centre Administrator will play a key role in the management and coordination of training programs at our Training Centre.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting training and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Organize and schedule training sessions and workshops.
  • Enroll participants and manage attendance records.
  • Oversee training materials and assist instructors with documentation.
  • Liaise with trainers, participants, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget planning and track training expenses.
  • Prepare reports on program outcomes and participant feedback.
  • Ensure training compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide administrative support and manage online training platforms.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for training programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
