Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operate ticketing software for booking and sales.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of ticket transactions.
  • Ensure the system reflects current availability and pricing.
  • Process refunds or exchanges for canceled or modified tickets according to company policies.
  • Handle customer requests for ticket changes, ensuring accurate processing and proper documentation.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge and ability to use Galileo software is compulsory.
  • Proficiency in computer operation is compulsory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
