Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate ticketing software for booking and sales.
- Update and maintain accurate records of ticket transactions.
- Ensure the system reflects current availability and pricing.
- Process refunds or exchanges for canceled or modified tickets according to company policies.
- Handle customer requests for ticket changes, ensuring accurate processing and proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and ability to use Galileo software is compulsory.
- Proficiency in computer operation is compulsory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
