Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products or services.
- Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Overcome objections and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: HND, BSc, or OND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast typing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Remuneration Structure Package:
- Basic Salary: NGN 170,000
- Food Allowance: NGN 30,000
- Housing Allowance: NGN 100,000
- Transport Allowance: NGN 30,000
- Bonus: NGN 20,000
- Total: NGN 350,000
