Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven Telemarketer to reach out to prospective clients, promote services, and generate leads to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate services and generate leads.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries about properties and services.
  • Maintain a database of client information, call records, and feedback.
  • Achieve set targets for daily calls, lead generation, and client conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of an OND or equivalent in any field.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales support.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Salary & Compensation
N100,000 - N150,000 / month
