Description
- We are seeking a results-driven Telemarketer to reach out to prospective clients, promote services, and generate leads to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate services and generate leads.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries about properties and services.
- Maintain a database of client information, call records, and feedback.
- Achieve set targets for daily calls, lead generation, and client conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales support.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle rejection positively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Salary & Compensation
N100,000 - N150,000 / month
