Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tele-Loan Collection Agent to join our team! If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE/NCE/OND/HND with at least a month exepreince in Recovery
- Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
- Proximity to Allen Avenue,Ikeja, is essential.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays and two Sundays a month onwith days for leave and weekend are paid as overtime and free Lunch Provided during the weekend overtime .
- Immediate Resumption Required.
Benefits
- Basic Salary is N100,000 Monthly [that is N80,000 Basic attendance bonus N20,000 ] While performance bonus[Commission &Overtime ] weekly and monthly is up to N70,000 - N150,000 bonus.
- Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance) N500 Dialy .
- Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
- Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
- Pension plan fully funded by the company.
