Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Trainee to join our team.
- The successful candidate will undertake a comprehensive study of our operational aspects, contribute to maintaining and improving standards, and collaborate with various departments to identify areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a comprehensive study of all operational aspects of the business.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
- Interface with clients to ensure deliverables meet their expectations.
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of technical issues.
- Support the development and implementation of systems, processes, and practices.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (B.Tech, B.E., or related Engineering/Building Technology discipline).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years post-graduation experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Candidates:
- Applicants who have worked in the contractor and fabrication sector have an added advantage.
