Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Credit Management & Advisory department, ensuring the delivery of business goals.
- Drive credit counselling, brokerage, collections, recovery, fraud management, and customer support services.
- Market the company's services, create brand visibility, and generate new business.
- Supervise and develop a high-performing team while aligning with the company’s values and culture.
- Identify customer needs and manage value-added services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA/M.Sc. is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of work experience, including 4+ years in a similar role.
- Strong background in banking and credit risk management.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
