Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and deliveries.
  • Organize and store inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Monitor stock usage and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
  • Ensure the proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods to maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee the receipt and verification of incoming supplies and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or issues with deliveries.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize loss or damage.

Requirements

  • Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Store Officer or in a similar inventory management role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory-related software.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
