Job Title: Sourcing and Recruitment Officer

Description

  • The Sourcing and Recruitment Officer will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the workforce needs of the organization. This includes developing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Draft and post job descriptions based on workforce requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to forecast staffing needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled and qualified professionals, especially in bread production, quality control, and distribution roles.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager on recruitment progress.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with labor laws and company policies.
  • Uphold confidentiality and fairness in the recruitment process.
