WorkflowsHR is a growing HR and payroll technology platform focused on helping businesses simplify payroll, employee management, and HR operations. We are building a strong digital presence and are looking for a creative, confident, and proactive Social Media Manager to help us grow, engage, and connect with our audience across platforms.


Role Overview


We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will not only manage content but also actively represent the brand through on-camera content creation and paid advertising. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, consistency, and confidence in front of the camera.


You will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving engagement, and creating content that communicates the value of WorkflowsHR to businesses and HR professionals, while also supporting paid growth through social media ads.


Key Responsibilities


* Create, plan, and publish engaging social media content across platforms, especially X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram

* Appear in and create on-camera content (short-form videos, reels, and brand storytelling content)

* Plan, set up, and manage Instagram ad campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions

* Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results

* Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

* Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar

* Monitor trends, conversations, and topics relevant to HR, payroll, business, and technology

* Engage actively with followers and help grow an online community around the brand

* Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities

* Collaborate with internal teams to translate product updates into engaging content


Requirements


* Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram

* Proven ability or strong knowledge of running Instagram ads (Meta Ads Manager)

* Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for content creation

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

* Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Capcut or similar tools is a plus)

* Interest in marketing, branding, HR tech, or digital media
