Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Manage and curate content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and aesthetics.
- Create engaging visuals, videos, and written content to captivate the audience and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content and reach.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to align social media campaigns with product launches and promotions.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their features.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a plus.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000
