Social Media Manager


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
  • Manage and curate content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and aesthetics.
  • Create engaging visuals, videos, and written content to captivate the audience and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content and reach.
  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to align social media campaigns with product launches and promotions.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting strategies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their features.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a plus.


Remuneration: NGN 250,000
