- We are seeking a highly creative, skilled and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team.
- The successful candidate will develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms while creating engaging content, growing our online presence and drive website traffic and sales.
Responsibilities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (eg. Original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams like marketing, sale and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (eg. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in social media marketing or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications or related field
- Proven track records of success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions
- Excellent content creation
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
- Experience with social media management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
