Position Overview
- The Digital Media Manager will spearhead digital marketing efforts to promote our education agency’s services, enhancing our brand presence and connecting with students seeking international study opportunities.
- This role involves crafting innovative strategies, engaging diverse audiences, and driving leads through the effective use of digital platforms and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute digital media strategies to attract prospective students and parents.
- Identify and target key demographics for specific study destinations and programs.
Content Creation and Management:
- Manage the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging, student-focused content across digital channels (social media, email, website, blogs).
- Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing content, including success stories, testimonials, and program highlights.
Social Media Management:
- Manage our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, ensuring content resonates with students and parents.
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries, fostering a positive and informative online community.
Digital Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to promote specific intakes, scholarships, or program offerings.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI for digital ad spend.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve lead generation and conversion rates.
SEO and Website Management:
- Oversee website updates to ensure accurate, up-to-date information on study destinations, programs, and application processes.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Student Engagement and Nurturing:
- Design digital campaigns to guide prospective students through the application process.
- Create email sequences and retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends in education, ensuring strategies align with global best practices.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the counselling, admissions, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Supervise freelance designers, content creators, or digital agencies when needed.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
