Job Details

  1. Co-ordinating site acquisition Contractors, ensuring that identified sites have the necessary legal, planning, and access rights to install new or upgraded radio equipment
  2. Highlight potential risks to sites’ delivery and mitigate as necessary working with site rollout dept stakeholders to resolve
  3. Forecasting and managing sites’ delivery profiles
  4. Provide clear instruction to the rollout/implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment post successful acquisition
  5. Actively handle issues or dependencies throughout the acquisition delivery cycle that may impact the commencement or acceptance of a site deployment
  6. Ensure information is maintained in the project tools and that all documentation is handled in a structured manner and uploaded to the required repositories.
  7. Capability to manage numerous site-level projects running concurrently
  8. Reviewing and appraisals of the property/land to be acquired
  9. Conducting due diligence to ensure that the property is accurately appraised, including researching comparable properties in the area
  10. Resolving legal issues regarding title ownership, liens, encumbrances, zoning issues, easements, etc.
  11. Estimating the value of the property based on a review of comparable properties in the area
  12. Conducting inspections of the property to ensure it meets the terms of the purchase contract
  13. Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met during the acquisition process
  14. Managing all direct and indirect functional operations including Sites. 
  15. Support site access control for installations, routine maintenance of the tower, and repairs as needed to minimize downtime. 
  16. Ensure there is adequate communication and compliance on key issues.
  17. Professionally manage junior staff within the dept to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency. 
  18. Other official duties as assigned
