Job Description

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Assists the parts department with inventory, sales and logistics.
  • Greet customers and assist with any inquiries.
  • Coordinates with the purchasing department on sales.
  • Housekeeping: Cleaning the shop and following 5s standards to keep the shop neat.
  • Customer service: Log and resolve all customer issues and assist customers in their inquiry.
  • Sales Team support.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • HND or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • This reliever will be rotating the shops within the axis.
