Job Purpose
- To drive sales growth by managing and expanding bulk supply channels for mobile phones, smartphones, laptops, phone accessories, and power technology products.
- The role involves building strong relationships with bulk buyers, distributors, and partners while ensuring efficient order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve bulk supply sales targets for the assigned product categories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in bulk sales across mobile phones, laptops, accessories, and power technology.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the bulk sales segment.
- Regularly meet with existing clients to understand their needs and address concerns to ensure long-term partnerships.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies and recommend new product offerings.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas needing improvement.
Order Management and Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee the end-to-end bulk sales process, from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of bulk orders.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to the Sales Manager or Head of Sales.
- Ensure accurate documentation of bulk sales transactions and agreements.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and optimize sales processes.
- Provide insights and training to junior sales staff about trends in bulk supplies.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales Performance:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for bulk supplies across all product categories.
- Increase bulk sales revenue by a predefined percentage year-over-year.
Client Retention and Acquisition:
- Maintain a client retention rate of at least 85%.
- Acquire a minimum number of new bulk clients each quarter.
Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure 95% on-time delivery rate for bulk orders.
- Maintain order accuracy and reduce errors to less than 2% of total orders processed.
Market Penetration:
- Expand into at least two new geographic markets or sectors annually.
- Introduce and sell at least one new product line to bulk buyers each quarter.
Profitability:
- Maintain a minimum gross margin percentage on bulk sales as defined by the company.
- Reduce operational costs associated with bulk sales transactions.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Achieve an average customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher in surveys and feedback for bulk sales clients.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Submit timely and accurate sales reports, with no more than 1% deviation in reported vs. actual figures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in bulk sales, preferably in mobile phones, laptops, accessories, or power technology.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical skills for sales forecasting and market analysis.
