Job Description
- Our client is seeking self-motivated Senior Sales Executives who are passionate about closing deals and are experienced in real estate to join its team.
- As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Your passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand customer needs will contribute to the success of sales efforts.
Scope
- Research current market trends and customer preferences in the real estate industry.
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives and property listings.
- Creating and managing original text and visual content to showcase properties, and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.
- Maintaining a consistent company image to meet sales goals and enhance property listings.
- Establishing specific sales targets and providing reports on performance and achievements.
- Generating, editing, and sharing compelling property listings daily across various platforms.
- Monitoring market conditions and property metrics to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, property management, and finance, to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Engaging with potential clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and managing client relationships.
- Driving property inquiries and sales through effectively implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
- Overseeing the design of property listings and marketing materials.
- Proposing and implementing new features to enhance property visibility and attract buyers and sellers.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 5+ years of mid-level work experience as a Sales Executive
- A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market, property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
