Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide leadership and alignment for subsidiary HR teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes.
  • Lead career development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Implement performance management systems to enhance productivity.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Regularly update and enforce HR policies and statutory requirements.

Employee Engagement and Relations:

  • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and productivity.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Review salary structures periodically to maintain market competitiveness.

Training and Development:

  • Develop training programs to upskill employees and drive professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

HR Operations and Analytics:

  • Leverage HR analytics to evaluate the impact of HR strategies.
  • Oversee payroll and employee records management.

Leadership and Change Management:

  • Lead HR initiatives during organizational transformations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a lead role, preferably in a holding company or diversified organization.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a high level of professionalism.
