- Human resource operation: overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, working closely with the Administrative Manager and HR Specialist to ensure effective HR operations.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with the Administrative Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and development plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaboration with HR Specialist: Work closely with the HR Specialist to streamline HR processes, manage employee records, and implement HR technology solutions.
- Provide quarterly strategic HR report for management information and corporate decision making on the workforce.
Requirements
- M.Sc in Human Resources
- 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Professional membership with CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, IHRM, CPTD, TMP, GTM will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
