Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Associate. As a Senior Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with litigation cases.
- The ideal candidate must be an excellent litigator with a deep understanding of court procedures and ADR methods.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years experience in Litigation
- Experience in legal research and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with court procedures, depositions, and motions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Strong expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation and arbitration.
