Job Description
To oversee the protection of company assets and subsidiaries, ensuring the prevention of losses, safeguarding resources, and maintaining operational integrity to support the organization's long-term goals.
THE JOB
- Implement and uphold the company's security policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for all employees, assets, and operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all security equipment to guarantee operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, external security providers, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen overall security measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of outsourced security personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
- Monitor criminal activity, investigate internal security breaches, and take appropriate actions to address and resolve security incidents.
- Ensure strict compliance with the company’s security protocols by all personnel and visitors.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay high attention to details.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
QUALIFICATION
- BSC/HND in any discipline.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- 2years cognate experience.
- Certification in security related discipline is an added advantage.
