- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular sales team meetings and provide feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-net-worth individuals.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and the needs of high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of luxury brand marketing and branding strategies.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
