We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Representative / Customer Care Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Purpose
- As a Front Desk / Customer Care Officer you will be the first point of contact to customers.
Job Description
- Receive and attend to customers.
- Receive call enquiries and refer them to the appropriate units.
- Market company's products and walk customers around the showroom
- Ensure the showroom is in best shape at all times.
- Assist with clerical duties assigned.
- Manage company's social media handle.
The Person
- Candidates should possess a minimum of an HND.
- 3 years customer service / sales experience.
- Female preferred (for gender balance).
- Smart and presentable with amiable personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
