Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Primary Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for drivers and customers.
- Load Management: Handle daily load bookings and dispatch of loads to drivers efficiently, tracking drivers and giving timely driver location updates to customers in real-time.
- Deal Negotiation: Negotiate favorable deals that benefit both our drivers and the company.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and drivers.
- Customer Care: Deliver top-notch customer care services consistently.
- Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
- Goal Achievement: Ensure monthly goals and quotas are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Social Sciences, Information Technology, Sales, Management, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in customer care, management, human relations, and sales.
- Ability to multitask smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Computer proficiency.
- Very good marketing abilities with strong negotiation prowess.
- Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- An eye for opportunities in the market with an added flare for sales and human relations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with a team.
