Job Summary
- We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our cement distribution company.
- This role is primarily focused on driving sales through direct customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, be self-motivated, and thrive in a performance-based environment where earnings are directly tied to productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our cement products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, report on performance metrics, and provide feedback on sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 20 years work experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Compensation Structure:
- This position offers a commission-based salary structure where earnings are directly linked to sales performance incentivizing high performance and rewarding top achievers.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
