Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide product information and address customer inquiries.


Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.


Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is a plus.
