We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Merchandiser
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lekki - Lagos
Responsibilities
Product Merchandising:
- Arrange and display products in a visually appealing manner to boost sales.
- Ensure products are well-stocked, priced correctly, and placed in appropriate shelves or sections.
Customer Service:
- Engage with customers, answer queries, and assist in product selection.
- Provide information about promotions and discounts to customers.
Sales and Promotion:
- Promote products to drive sales and achieve set targets.
- Suggest up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to customers.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
- Coordinate with the store manager to restock items as needed.
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned display areas.
- Ensure adherence to store policies and standards.
Key Attributes
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Must reside close to the specified store location for convenience and prompt attendance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales, merchandising, or related fields is an advantage.
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / Month.
