Job Description

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new & existing customers in the region for business growth & for meeting the annual sales targets.
  • The individual must be passionate about conveying and demonstrating the value of our products & services to win business and close sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts through the full sales life cycle beginning with business development, prospecting, and requirements definition through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers & partners and to assume accountability and responsibility for the escalation of issues to appropriate departments and personnel
  • Participate in weekly activity and pipeline review calls, and provide activity, and account updates as requested.
  • Scout and develop new business leads across the various needing industries in the region.
  • Take lead in organizing marketing activities for lead generation & for brand building within the region.
  • Capture client feedback and transfer/explain it to the service teams for an immediate solution.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales and engagement performance and to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable work experience preferably in B2C, B2B or B2G markets.
  • Self motivated, good verbal & written communication skills with working knowledge on computers.

Salary
Negotiable (Fixed Salary + Commissions; HMO & other benefits).
