Sales/Marketing Manager


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote products or services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and achieve collective goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage promotional events to attract customers and boost sales.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing activities for internal review and strategy refinement.


Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree / NCE / OND qualification
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in the Retail industry, ideally in Marketing or Sales Operations / Sales Support.
  • Experience in developing and managing sales
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • Ability to work with the team.
  • Have a good work ethic.
  • Have a car (Priority but not Compulsory)
  • Must reside in Lagos
