Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Marketing Initiatives: Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote products or services and enhance brand visibility.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and achieve collective goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage promotional events to attract customers and boost sales.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing activities for internal review and strategy refinement.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree / NCE / OND qualification
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in the Retail industry, ideally in Marketing or Sales Operations / Sales Support.
- Experience in developing and managing sales
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- Ability to work with the team.
- Have a good work ethic.
- Have a car (Priority but not Compulsory)
- Must reside in Lagos
