Job Title: Sales Manager - Luxurious Products
Location: Lagos
Reports To: GM Commercial
Job Summary
- The Sales Manager - Luxurious Products will be responsible for driving the sales of our exclusive, high-end product range.
- This individual will establish and maintain relationships with luxury brands, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and premium markets. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury markets, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to position luxurious products in the market.
- Identify and secure partnerships with luxury brands, high-end retailers, and premium corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including HNWIs and executives.
- Provide personalized service, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the luxury ethos.
- Conduct exclusive product presentations, events, and private consultations.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings in the luxury and sustainability sectors.
- Identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to excel in selling luxurious, high-value products.
- Set performance goals and monitor team progress against sales targets.
Brand Positioning:
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure the luxurious product line is positioned to appeal to upscale markets.
- Represent Freee Recycle Limited at high-profile events, trade shows, and luxury exhibitions.
Reporting & Financial Management:
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Track and optimize ROI for all sales and business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or certification in Luxury Brand Management is highly desirable.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in luxury product markets (e.g., fashion, furniture, recycled premium goods, or eco-luxury products).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in high-value markets.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sustainability, eco-living, and environmental innovation.
