Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phone markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage sales channels, ensuring effective distribution and reach.
- Utilize existing sales channel resources to maximize sales opportunities.
- Frequently travel within the region to meet with clients, partners, and team members.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales team members to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the solar energy, home appliances, or mobile phone sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
