Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales and revenue report forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Generation of Sales leads.
  • Meeting & exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understand and promote company programs.
  • Obtain cheque deposits from new and existing clients
  • Follow up and deliver sales contracts to clients
  • Visit prospects and potential clients to ascertain their real estate needs
  • Promote brand products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Attend to client inquiries on brand, products, prices, etc
  • Meet the brand's monthly target.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or public relations or related field
  • Experience in sales with 3-4 years of experience is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Competency in the use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast and competitive environment.
