FSNL as a thriving company has five (5) branches across Nigeria with her Headquarters in Mushin, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Job Description
- Greeting customers and providing friendly service
- Develop a good rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
- Attend to customers' requests and resolve customer complaints and challenges.
- Assisting with product selection and answering questions-Introduce new products promptly to customers.
- Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship among customer service team members.
- Managing the cash register, processing payments, and handling returns.
- Keeping the store clean and organized.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring displays are attractive.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages.
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Following store policies and procedures.
- Assisting with promotional activities and event
