Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new school clients for Schoolable Pay services, including payroll management, invoicing, and fee collection.
- Guide schools through onboarding and setup for Schoolable Pay solutions, ensuring smooth integration with their financial processes.
- Promote and manage school loan offerings, maintaining a healthy loan portfolio through ongoing monitoring and support.
- Work with internal teams to address client needs and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in fintech, education technology, or B2B sales
- Experience in the education sector or familiarity with school administration processes is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and build trust with school stakeholders
- Results-driven, with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
